"Excellent. Just had the garage door serviced, Seth came on time, explained what he does, went through things to be aware of for both the life of the garage door and for the garage door opener. We talked about how I would know when it's time to replace the garage door opener (short of it failing of course, which never happens at a convenient time), and about future replacement of parts on the garage door itself over time. He made some adjustments and lubricated everything and once again our garage door opener is functioning great. Whilst I do take care to lubricate and clean our garage door opener, I'm sure many people don't. Don't wait to call Seth, just make a plan now to have him on your calendar to come out. Did I mention, I thought he charges a fair price. It's a bonus if you can pay in some form other than credit card as he does charge a credit card processing fee. He has every other way of paying available though!"

"One of my springs broke overnight. I messaged Seth early in the morning. He responded promptly to ensure my car wasn’t trapped (fortunately it wasn’t). We set up a time later that same afternoon for him to come out. He was early, efficient, and inexpensive enough that I still have money in my Venmo account! One of my peeves with “garage company with commercials and billboards” was that they tried to upsell me on a whole garage door replacement. Seth did point out a plastic bearing that clearly was not up to the job and replaced it with a proper metal bearing, without the markup necessary to produce tv commercials. "We recently renovated a home and replaced the garage door. I wanted to support a local garage door company and found The Ranch Garage Doors through an online search. Seth came out and measured our garage, which happened to be a custom size, in between a 2 and 3 car garage. He was able to show me a few different styles of garage doors and showed me a mock image of what it would look like on our house. Ordering the custom size took a few weeks but when it was ready, Seth’s team installed the new door in just a couple of hours. The door looks great and we are very happy with it.
