We talked about how I would know when it's time to replace the garage door opener (short of it failing of course, which never happens at a convenient time), and about future replacement of parts on the garage door itself over time. "One of my springs broke overnight. I messaged Seth early in the morning. He responded promptly to ensure my car wasn’t trapped (fortunately it wasn’t). We set up a time later that same afternoon for him to come out. He was early, efficient, and inexpensive enough that I still have money in my Venmo account! One of my peeves with “garage company with commercials and billboards” was that they tried to upsell me on a whole garage door replacement. Seth came out and measured our garage, which happened to be a custom size, in between a 2 and 3 car garage. He was able to show me a few different styles of garage doors and showed me a mock image of what it would look like on our house. Ordering the custom size took a few weeks but when it was ready, Seth’s team installed the new door in just a couple of hours. The door looks great and we are very happy with it.
